Stainless Steel Flexible Hose

Construction:
Flexible metal tubing ,single continuous wall with close pitch parallel corrugations,hydraulically formed From a butt-welded tube.

Materials:
Austenitic stainless steel AISI304,AISI321, Other materials can also be given (AISI316,AISI 3161) against specific orders.

Pressure Range:
Hoses are recommended for use as per chart given on below:

Braids:
Hoses can be provide with one/two braids of stainless steel AISI304 wire depending upon the Pressure rating. Ceramic fibre/asbestos braiding can also be provide in case of high outside temperature For specific applications. Armouring may also be done to protect the hose from outside.

End Fittings:
Fittings made of mild steel,stainless steel 304,316,316L,brass,copper,etc are provided as per customers requirements.

Applications:
Suitable for all applications of conveyance of fluids or gases where problems of pressure, Vacuum, temperature, vibrations and corrosions exist. These are ideal for applications under high temperature Zones.
